Sprout has spent the last year and a half building the AI job-search platform that 1M+ working professionals use to find their next role. We know who's serious, who's exploring, who's ready to interview. So we started bringing those people directly to companies that want to hire them.

Why we built this

A middle path between job boards and agencies.

Recruiting is broken in two specific ways. Job boards make companies do all the work — sift, screen, schedule, follow up. Agencies do the work but cost 20–30% and run on retainers. There's a middle path that AI makes possible: a recruiter that works at software speed, with a software cost structure, and signal humans can't access.

Most AI recruiting startups are trying to build that middle path by sourcing from scraped LinkedIn data and shipping unscreened lists. We do source externally — across 850M+ professional profiles via a leading data provider — but every candidate goes through a real screening call before we send them. And for the slice of candidates pulled from Sprout's own platform (a paid consumer app working professionals use to find their next role), we have an extra layer of behavioral signal that lets us reject mass-appliers up front.

That's the asset. We use it to filter, not to flood.
