Step 3 · Brief + onboarding
A real brief, not a job description.
Before the kickoff, you fill out a short form right inside Sprout. The most useful question:
- 3 ideal candidates. Describe them. Why each is a fit. What you'd offer them inside your comp band.
- 2 candidates who look right but aren't. And why they're a no for you. This is what calibrates our filter.

- Cadence. Pick a weekly 20-min sync day. Confirm feedback turnaround.
- The details. Comp range, 90-day goals, interview loop, urgency, hours, remote/hybrid.
Step 5 · Three-week cadence
Two batches a week. Live feedback loop.
Most searches close inside three weeks on this rhythm:
